March 7, 2017

(Madrid, Spain) CGH Technologies, Inc., won the prestigious IHS Janes Innovation Award “for small enterprises that have raised ATM performance” at the ATCA/CANSO World ATM Congress 2017 Conference. A total of 41 entries were considered by the Awards Panel, of which four groups of finalists were selected for the Innovation Award.

CGH Technologies, Inc. ASSET software package is a Cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) modular-based Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) package that utilizes electronic terrain obstacle data (eTOD), Airspace, integrated Aeronautical Information Publications (IAIP), a Drone Registry, NOTAMs and other integrated modules to support the aviation community, mostly ANSPs. It is ADQ-compliant (European Aeronautical Data Quality standard), passed ADQ and security audits by independent third-party contractors, is based on Open Architecture and is permissions-based.

It substantially reduces the size of one’s computer center footprint, is not a “seat” license fee tool, and is operational within the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA). The innovativeness of ASSET in areas of efficiency, cost savings, effectiveness and other areas weighed by the Awards Panels brought the CGH Technologies, Inc. ASSET capability to the forefront for this innovation award.

Glyn Owen, corporate operations officer, speaking in front of some 400 attendees, accepted the award on behalf of CGH, thanking CANSO, the Awards Panel, the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) and members of CGH that have all helped CGH in achieving such a prestigious award. The award is currently on display in the CGH Booth #482 at the conference until its delivery and presentation at CGH Headquarters by Mr. Owen early next week.
